I sent my return back, but the whole process has been a mess and I still haven’t gotten my refund. I’m starting to worry I’m being strung along or fooled, because there’s been no clear update and it’s really frustrating.

I tried this for my dog, and it only helped maybe a little. It didn’t really hold the mess in that well, so I still ended up cleaning up around the area pretty much every time. I was hoping it would make things easier, but it was still kind of a hassle

I’ll give it credit, my dog does seem a lot less worked up when I leave, and it keeps him occupied for a decent bit. It’s not some miracle fix or anything, which would’ve been nice, but it’s been good overall.

At first glance, I thought this was going to be a solid purchase because it does look nice. But once I actually started using it, the design felt really frustrating. Some parts didn’t line up or fit together as smoothly as I expected, and it made me wonder how much real testing went into it. For the price, I was hoping for something more practical and dependable. If you’re on the fence, I’d be cautious because it feels like there’s a decent chance you’ll end up annoyed with it too.

The subscription setup was just annoying. Like, really annoying for something that should’ve been quick and simple.

My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was disappointing. One side of the box was crushed, and the items inside were sliding around because there wasn’t much padding. Nothing was actually damaged, but it didn’t feel like much care went into packing it. For the price, I expected it to arrive in better condition, and it definitely makes me a little less confident about ordering again.

I had a question about my order and messaged support, not expecting much. I’ve seen enough of those overly polished “we’re here for you” company lines to be skeptical.
But they actually got back to me the same day and answered my specific question, not just some copy-paste response that barely fits. It took one follow-up to get everything sorted, which was fine.
I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking update was a little confusing at first. Still, the customer service was quick and actually useful, which I appreciated.

So my order showed up with the wrong stuff in it, which was annoying. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes over there, but it felt like someone swapped things around on purpose just to see if I’d notice. Spoiler: I noticed.

I’ve been trying MyWoof for a bit now, and I do like that the ingredients seem clean. It doesn’t look packed with weird fillers or random stuff, which was one of the main reasons I wanted to give it a shot.
My dog eats it without any issues and seems okay on it so far, but I keep wishing they were more upfront about where some of the ingredients actually come from. It’s good overall, but that lack of detail makes me a little hesitant to fully love it

My first impression was that this would be easy to clean, and for the most part it is. It rinses off quickly after use, though the corners do take a little extra scrubbing to get fully clean.

My dog was really into this at first, like full-on sniffing it, licking it, pawing at it, carrying it around, and acting like I had brought home the most exciting thing ever, so I was happy because it definitely kept him busy longer than his usual toys and gave me a little break.
After about a week though, he got kind of picky with it and would only care if I added something extra smelly or interesting, so I wouldn’t say it was a total miss, but it also wasn’t the magic toy I was hoping for. Three stars feels about right for us.

I really wanted to like this, but I didn’t feel like there was enough clear info about the materials being non-toxic. Maybe it’s fine, I don’t know. But when it comes to safety, I don’t want to guess. Anyway, the packaging looked nice.

The size was close overall, but it was a little tight around the chest. I guess it technically fits, just not in the most comfortable way.

I’ll admit, I was fully prepared to get lost clicking around like it was some kind of online maze, but the site was actually easy to use. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was clear enough that I didn’t have to question my life choices. A couple pages did move a bit slowly on my phone, because apparently we can’t have everything, but overall it was simple and I’d use it again.

I really do like the toy itself!!! It’s a cute idea, and my dog was definitely curious about it at first... but the treat refills just weren’t great for us.

Some of the pieces showed up dry and crumbly?? And a few didn’t fit in as smoothly as I thought they would. My dog ate a little bit, sniffed around for more... then basically gave up fast.

For the price, I expected the quality to be more consistent!!! I might try them again someday if the refills get better, but for now... probably not buying more.

I really wanted to like this, but the smell was seriously too strong. The second I opened the bag, this super strong odor kind of took over the room. My dog didn’t seem to care at all, but it bothered me a lot. After one day, I had to move it out to the garage. I probably won’t order it again unless they do something about that smell.

I really wanted this to work, but my dog had it chewed up way faster than I expected. If you’ve got a strong chewer, I wouldn’t bother. I also didn’t feel super confident reaching out to customer service about it since I’ve had enough runarounds with that kind of thing before, so I’m just calling it a loss

My dog liked it, liked it a lot actually, but it did seem to make his tummy gassy. Not terrible, just something I noticed after he ate it.

I checked out Mywoof, and for some reason the prices just felt really high compared to what you actually get. Maybe it works for some people, but I just didn’t see the value. I ended up feeling like it wasn’t really worth it.
